Kohler Law’s mission has always been to provide experienced former in-house General Counsel/Senior Counsel attorneys for the same hourly rate as a first year associate at other firms – we’ve nailed the model and our clients save over 50% on legal fees.
Approximately 20% of our clients have in-house counsel and use Kohler Law as-needed for overflow support.
Our objective is not to displace a client’s big firm that handles financing, M&A transactions and complex litigation, but to save money on day-to-day legal functions that support a business. For example sales, licensing and commercial agreements, IP, HR/employment and real estate.
Our virtual law firm model and low overhead benefits our clients thru cost control, responsiveness and access to senior-level attorneys who integrate with your team and ramp up quickly for any type of project.
